appointment cancellation policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unforseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations. However, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
